Lendex

LENDEX is a lending platform that brings together borrower and investors. We focus on consumer lending (personal loans and mortgages) and institutional investors (though retail investors can participate as well). We start in the Netherlands and expand geographically within the EU. We have a fully approved license as a credit provider and a pre-approved license as a broker dealer and investment adviser. As such we can operate fully independent of a bank and integrate (compress) the processes offering better and fester services at lower costs. The asset base formed by the loans is structured in the form of tradible securities. Our ultimate goal is to create a lending platform where everyone can lend money or invest in loans and where interest rates are determined by supply and demand based on objective and independent risk ratings.
