We bring the best of two proven concepts together in a location based shopping app with a review function that lets benefit both the consumer and retailer. Benefits for the consumer: 1) it matches what a shop sells with what a consumer is looking for and shows the consumer where to find this shop; 2) it shows a consumer, based on reviews, how previous consumers experienced those shops that match their search request. Benefits for the retailer: 1) it increases traffic towards their shops; 2) it enables the retailer to learn from the shopping experience of their consumers. Based on customer reviews, the retailer is able to improve its service towards consumers. This will lead to a higher service level in shops which will make shopping more easy and fun.
