Wetailer democratises food, by helping new food makers test, upscale and sell their food & beverages to restaurants and foodies in their city. By bringing the sharing economy to local food, people producing out of their own kitchens can bring their unique food and beverages to the market. They are connected to established food makers in their city, and can rent or share their production space or equipment for a short period so they can produce in accordance to local rules and regulations, without having to pour their savings into a production space of their own. Once they have collaborated on their (scaled up) product, they can share deliveries with other food makers near them. It's cheaper, saves time, and saves the environment. It's collaborative production for local food.
